The crop will be held at the Holiday Inn, Weirton, WV.
with meals catered by Undo’s Restaurant.

The cost is $190.00 per person with 4 people per room
(cost adjusted for 2-3 people per room if desired).

The cost includes:  2 nights lodging with continental breakfasts,
Sat. lunch & buffet dinner, Sun. lunch.

Around the clock cropping in the banquet room.
Everyone gets an 8ft. table to crop for themselves.
 Leave your cropping supplies set up and come and go as you please.
Free Crop T-Shirt
Goody bag for each cropper and entries for door prizes.

We’ll have a snack station, everyone will be asked to bring snacks to share.
Iced tea and bottled water will be provided.
A “Scrap” yard will be set up.  You may donate supplies you no longer use.
(Paper, stickers, embellishments, etc.)
These things will be free to take what you need and leave what you don’t want.

Space is limited.  Reservations are required.  Payment plan available.
